As a fitness and nutrition coach, my goal is to inspire, educate, and help you make sustainable changes by using best practices, scientific evidence, and anecdotal (life experience counts too!). I like to think I bridge the gap between literature and real-life human experience.

To improve your relationship with food, body composition, have more energy, and better digestion? If you answered yes, my one-on-one coaching will teach you how to strategically tackle going out to eat and navigate social events with ease when it comes to food choices.

With one-to-one coaching, you will be working directly with me, Coach Patty, who will guide you through the process that is your health and wellness journey. My online coaching services will give you the accountability you need to reach your health and physique goals.

There will be weekly check-ins to keep you right on course. You will receive guidance on nutrition, fitness, and wellness topics. If you select one-on-one coaching with nutrition and training, then you will also receive a personalized training program tailored to your goals. All correspondence will be via our app and unlimited email with 24/6 response time.

Work One-on-One with Patty

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching w/Bimonthly Check-in's

    Stay accountable with nutritional guidance and support, bimonthly check-ins within 24/6 response time, daily communication via text/email/video, a habit tracker form, and ongoing education. To track your progress it is required to take monthly progress photos, measurements, and daily weight. Minimum 3 month requirement for $199 per month.

  • 1:1 Nutrition & Strength Training Coaching

    The ultimate 1:1 coaching plan with nutrition guidance and an individualized strength/hypertrophy training program tailored to your goals. Weekly check in/s within 24/6 response time, daily communication via text/email/video, a habit tracker form, and ongoing education. To track progress you will be required to upload exercise videos so that I can monitor your training form and progress. Also monthly progress photos and measurements and daily weight. Minimum 3 month requirement for $299 per month.

  • DIY Nutrition Coaching

    This is for the experienced client who needs some support and guidance with nutrition. I will calculate your Macros and help you with improvements/suggestions on your current lifestyle factors. This is DIY so no check in’s but you’ll still have access to the habit tracker and daily communication with me. Minimum 3 month requirement for $130 per month.
