  3. My favorite foods are pizza, croissants, sushi, lava cake, and steak/potatoes.

  4. I graduated with a BS in Accounting in 1996.

  5. I love country music.

  6. I wear leggings every day because they are comfy!

About Coach Patty:

I am 49 years old and I completely changed my life at age 43. It is never too late to start! I spent over 2 decades battling weight gain, yo-yo dieting and did every fad diet around. I reached rock bottom one day and decided that was it. I got help and I began building healthy habits, learned about nutrition, and started strength training. It’s been almost 7 years in the making and I’ve never been healthier and more comfortable in my skin than now. Muscle and a well-balanced diet changed my life. My purpose is to help people get into the best shape, and health, of their lives.
