Meet Coach Patty

Hey y’all! I’m Coach Patty. I help men and women build strong and confident bodies, that feel great naked, using sustainable approaches. I am a Nutrition & Fitness Coach and Registered Nurse. I believe the fountain of youth is in nutrition and exercise.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Stay accountable with weekly check-ins, a habit tracker form, and ongoing education. To track your progress it is required to take photos, measurements, and daily weight.

  • Nutrition & Strength Training Coaching

    This includes everything in the one-to-one nutrition plan plus a customized strength training program tailored to your goals. You will also be required to upload one exercise video so that I can monitor your form and progress.

  • Custom Macro Count & Group Coaching
